3 Hour Helper Request

Thank you for volunteering to help for 3 hours at at Kidsignments!
In return for helping for 3 hours, we will give you a special Sellers' Preview Pass!
This means you will be allowed to shop along side our sellers
on our preview night without having to sell in this event. 
(Please note, this does not give you a sellers spot, just a preview pass) 

Do you want to bring a friend or relative with you?  You can both help to earn
a special pass if you like - just make sure to ask put in the comments
area if you are requesting to help at the same time as someone else pleae.

We will email you to confirm your 3 hour helpers spot and additional information about helping for 3 hours.
Please note that during our registration week, 3 hour helper confirmations will be delayed until all sellers requests have
been processed. 

If you are signed up to help for 3 hours and you end up with a seller's spot, you can release your 3 hour helping spot
to another possible helper.

Once your confirmation information is provided, we (and your fellow helpers) count on you to fulfill your commitment.
A "no show" creates a hardship on everyone participating in this event and we really count on you to keep your schedule.
Please make sure to have a backup plan in case something happens such as daycare arrangements, someone to fill in
if you are sick (they must be adults and not your children please unless your children are adults : ) or other situations
that could occur. If someone helps on your behalf, they may give the pass to you. We will sometimes have a wife or husband
help so their spouse can shop! What a great present for an expectant Mom to have their husband help and give
them the shopping pass!
